Bialowieza and the yellow guidebook Gaullt&Millau 2016

The second Polish edition of the culinary guide Gault & Millau hits the bookstands.

The Stoczek 1929 Restaurant in Białowieża has found its way onto its pages.

The Gault & Millau guidebook is one of the world’s two most prestigious publishing series (next to Michelin), reviewing the culinary market. A place on its pages cannot be bought, and a visit from an assessing inspector cannot be scheduled in advance. The ratings are given on a scale of 1 to 20, and mainly the locales with no less than 10 points make it into the guidebook.
